What makes New Taste brunch so special?

Sunny side up eggs with asparagus & truffle oil. I had them without bread because of a stupid diet...

To be honest, this is not some kind of «alternative» brunch. It’s again about the usual stuff (burger, eggs, pancakes, etc.) with -let’s say- a slight personal touch by the chef. But nothing really different to make you say «WOW!«.

What makes it so special & famous then?

I think it has to do with the beautiful design, the relaxed aura & the sophisticated crowd of this wonderful hotel NEW.

Brunching is equally about eating something comfy as well as spending Sunday with friends & family in the most non-sad way. And that’s exactly what it feels like in New Hotel. It feels, well… nice!
