The taste of old-fashioned ice-cream

Here is a good reason to drive to… Patissia. If your major is “flavour history” and you are all the time looking for some thrilling tasty stories of the city’s glorious past (like I do!), try the authentic ice-cream experience at Xara (pronounced “Hara”), an old-fashioned (& a little bit run-down…) pastry shop where the (very) old bourgeoisie used to come to have some “pistachio“, “mocca“, “watermelon“, “Tutti Fruti” or “Pasa Dondurma” ice-cream of secret recipes. If you wanna know, my favorite is “Amarena with wild cherries“…

This is the 1st of May guys! It’s about time you had first ice-cream of the season at Xara! Exactly like in the old days…
